I've only ordered from Ruelala twice and have not experienced anything wrong with the products I ordered. However, I am really not a fan of their for first shipping and then the 30 days free, since I've never ordered twice a month. We recently had a very realistic looking FENDI bag submitted here to the Authenticity thread that was sold New from RUE LA LA that has turned out to be a Replica or Non-Authentic FENDI. I know this post is not recent. I just want it to show up in google search. I purchased a Gucci bag about 5 years ago. It is indeed fake. I didn’t find out until I tried it to resale it. Then I started research. I saw even brand new fake items sold, they don’t even refund you.

I read in a few of the other purse forums that people have received fakes (dont remember what brands) and couldn't return them.
